how it all began…

Hi, my name is Shalimar Ramos and I started this Blog in 2019 as a way to anonymously write about things going on in my life. I wanted to see if anyone out there could relate. and maybe the things I learned in those circumstances could help someone going through a similar situation. One day I realized, I don’t want to hide behind a fake name! I have way more to offer than just emotional rants.

where i grew up?

Miami, FL

Growing up in Miami was definitely not what you would think it would be. One day I came across a bucket list on Pintrest, of things you “have to do” if you visit Miami. after reading it over I realized I had barely seen/done half the things on the list. Thats when I made the decision to get up, get active, and travel.

what’s your faith?

I am a follower of Jesus

I started following Jesus when I was 20 years old and I haven’t looked back since. Learning about God has changed my life in such an incredible way that I literally have no clue where I would be right now without His guidance. I have made incredible friends and memories that inspired me to start this Blog. I want everyone out there to experience this type of joy and peace.

what’s your goal in life?

to fulfill god’s purpose and be happy

As long as I can spread the word of Jesus, impact people’s lives and make a difference in the world, I am as happy as can be. Also travel, travel, travel and more travel!
